Before you apply

Your organization must hold current 501(c)(3) non-profit status.
You care for animals in need — rescue, shelter, sanctuary or advocacy.
You can pick up resources at the UPF Resource Center in Blue Ash, Ohio, or coordinate delivery.
Membership is reviewed by our board; capacity is limited and a waitlist may apply.
